Freshly made food, nice and magnificent location on the beach. And short walk to green forest, Kriopigi and the center. Honest and accommodating staff, well-equipped triple room. Amazing private bathroom.

Bad smell in the room.

We enjoyed a spacious and soundproof room with a really comfy bed, air conditioning, a safe, and multi-channel TV. This small hotel provided stunning views and lovely scenery. 🌅.

The location is ok, the beach can be reached by foot cca 15-20 mins, they have a free parking area for guests.

The staff were smoking in the restaurant while we were having breakfast. I understand it is common in Greece, but maybe they could pay more attention to the non-smoking guests. The AC of the main building was so loud that we could not sleep at night.

The hotel is being split in two buildings. One of those doesnt have shutters on the windows or a light blocker curtain. So basically if you have troubled sleep issues, make sure you ask for a room at the right wing!

The apartment room isvery very small no fresh air can go inside in that smalll room. The beach is very very far .. The hotel is up on the hill and the beach is down, the parking is only for 5-6 cars..and is on a hill

The staff here is friendly and really helpful, including the owner. It has a great, peaceful location that's just a short distance from restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as the beach. You can also unwind at a nearby spot called Symposium. ☀️.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! the value for money is unbeatable. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the room and amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Kriopigi, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms offer a stunning view of the surrounding woods and sea, which adds to the overall charm of the stay.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a large balcony and plenty of storage space. The shower is powerful and the daily cleaning keeps everything spotless. The pool is amazing, with plenty of deck chairs and a wonderful view. The location is very central, just a couple of minutes from the restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's also not far from a beautiful, less crowded beach.

Had an amazing Christmas holiday at a wonderful hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with stunning views. the location was perfect, nestled among beautiful olive fields and forested landscapes, with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and sunrise. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. And the best part was the incredible value for money.

Can't think of any negative aspects. Everything was just perfect.
